In Outlook 2002, when I sought to edit an email using Word
as my editor, I had Highlight (yellow) available on my
Formatting toolbar. Now I'm using Outlook 2003 and I don't
have Highlight (yellow) available. Why did it disappear? Is
it not available in Outlook 2003. If it is, how do I get it
on my Formatting toolbar.

Note: I just reviewed Janet Acklen's Absolute Beginners
Guide to WP11 text for our computer club newsletter. I'd be
happy to send her a copy, and I'd certainly value her
response to this email!

Um, what does WordPerfect have to do with Outlook? Just curious as Outlook
is not an included product with any WordPerfect Suite.

Second, are you using Word as the Editor in Outlook 2003? If you maximize
the message window, do you get back the Highlighting button? If not, check
to ensure that one toolbar (formatting toolbar) is not sharing one row with
the edit toolbar.

Yipes! That item about WordPerfect shouldn't be there. I
was typing with two different thoughts in my head.

As for the Highlighting problem. I believe I'm using Word
as my email editor. The Help file said that in 2003 it's
the default word processor. And no, when I maximize the
message window, the Highlight icon is NOT present . . . and
I do so need it!

Please help.

Bob
