Highlight text, then Save As will use text as file name

A real neat feature would be: if you highlighted some text (like the name
that a letter is addressed to), then chose Save As, the new file name would
defaut to the highlighted text (with the .doc extension, of course)

As a quick and dirty -- you can drag the selection to a folder which creates
a Scrap. To finish the job you need to open it and save a copy as a doc, but
it works.

Clarification: I meant to save the entire document using the highlighted text
as the new name for the document – not to save the highlighted text as a new,
separate
