highlight specific emails in color, organize

i used to have all the emails that came in from different vendors were high
lighted in different colors, using the 'organize' tool. now i tried to do it
using create a rule and it doesnt work...
 
It would have been helpful if you had posted the rule that is not working.
Your message rule should look something like this:

Where the From line contains people
Highlight it with color
Stop processing more rules.

What 'organize tool'? I don't know of any such thing.
What program is that in?
