highlight current day in month view so obvious

The current day in month view is highlighted, but it's pale and not
noticeable. I'd like to make it stand out so my eyes fall on it immediately.
Any clues?
 
Version of Outlook? Version of Windows? What windows color scheme/ theme do
you use?
