"High Water Marks"

I keep getting messages in my Outlook email saying I have "High Water Marks"
and need to delete some emails in my inbox. However, I will only have about 5
or 6 emails. Anybody know how to fix this?

What type of account? Perhaps it's your mail server telling you that.
