My pst file suddenly increased from 250kb to 75000kb and email messages are
being bounced and High Water Notification appearing. I have no idea why it
increased and I have deleted all "large emails" but I still get the high
water mark notification message.

use advanced find or outlook 2003's large message search folder to see if
there are any large messages. Also, if you are using Exchange server look in
the sync issues folders - in outlook 2003, use the folder list to view the
sync folders.

Thanks Diane for the reply. I have deleted all large messages and I am not
using Exchange server. ANy other suggestions would be appreciated!
