I have MSOffice 2003 Standard Edition for Students and Teachers, and I just got an e-mail or message from somewhere that's telling me:

Subject: ATTENTION: High Water Mark Notification, total bytes stored.
From: HWM_Notice_From
------------------
"Your mailbox is over the high water mark. Please delete some messages from your mailbox!

So, what does this mean and what do I do about it? What if I don't want to delete any of my e-mails? Is there a default storage size somewhere that I can set to a different amount?

it means your mailbox on the server is full and you need to delete some
messages or move to a pst stored on your hard drive.
