High Heat 2004 won't run ?

When I double click on high heat icon, it flashed the
intro full screen for about 1/2 a second then goes back
to desktop. The program doesn't even show up in task
manager.
I've set the video to 32 bit like it said to do.. I have
other full screen functions that have troubles too if
this helps.
