In blank presentation, you start with a blank slide without any content in it.

AutoContent Wizard is a feature that helps you get started. It allows you to
choose the type of presentation you are creating, the output, title and etc.
To access AutoContent Wizard, click File > New > From AutoContent Wizard.

Try each in PPT ... it'll be pretty obvious what they do.
