Hiding my Notes, Calendar and Tasks

My whole PST file is saved on the server at work, and I was wondering if
there was a way for me to keep my Contacts, Notes, Calendar, and Tasks
separate from the server so that others don't see them. Ideally, I would
like to have them saved on my C Drive and not accessible to others.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Close Outlook. Move your PST to some folder on your C drive. Start
Outlook. When it complains that it can't find your folders, browse to where
you put your PST, select it, and click OK> Now no one will be able to
access your PST unless they use your PC. Make sure you copy your PST (with
Outlook closed) back to the server periodically so that you have a backup if
something goes wrong.
