B BillR [MVP] Oct 12, 2004 #2 put the addresses in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) Field. The field is not shown in a new email message by default. Search in help for "BCC" if you have a problem finding the option to show it.

No, but when thet click the To button, it will show up at the bottom of the "Select Names" dialogue box. Six of one, half a dozen of the other, I guess.
