Is it possible with XP Home, to have one dialup
connection available to an Administrator, and another
available only to a User Profile....

Case in point:

I have dialup connection to my workplace in my
administrator profile and a dialup connection for a User.
Is it possible to hide the workplace connection from the
User when they are logged in as the User?

I can't seem to find a way to do this. Both require
passwords, but for security reasons, I'd like to hide the
workplace connection from the User profile altogether.

Delete and recreate your workplace connection with the
account you want to be able to access it. At the end of
the wizard, there's a question on whether or not you want
the connection to be for all users, or for "my use
only". Choose "my use only", and it will only be
available to the account that created it.

In the group policy manager (run gpedit.msc) you can
disable control panel applets from being displayed. Create
a shortcut of the dial-up connection you want them to see,
and place it elsewhere. Hide the network connections
applet and they won't be able to see it in the start menu
or control panel (They could still run manually if they had
the know how). There are probably other ways as well, this
was the first idea that came to mind.
