Hiding files\folders from other user profiles

Hi all
I am looking for a way to hide files and or folders from
other user profiles without using the hidden folder
attribute. Can anybody suggest anything

Drag and drop it in a folder that people wont be
looking in and change the name to something that looks
like it belongs there
 
Hi Brad,

Try setting file and folder permissions. This will not hide a folder, but it
will prevent a user from accessing it.

To set permissions your hard drive must use a NTFS File System. If it
