hiding drives

Is there a way to hide Drives in My Computer or hiding My
Computer at all and disabling right-click as well

TweakUI can do this, on a per user basis. For XP Pro, Group Policies can do this as well.

Yes, you need to load Windows XP Service Pack 1, then TweakUI will work.
