Hiding contact email addresses in message

How can I hide all the email addresses of contacts from showing up on the
recipients' message when sending a group email? I am using Outlook 2000.
 
BCC or mail merge.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
(insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account
will be deleted without reading.
