Hiding completed tasks

I now use Outlook 2003. In earlier verisons there was an option to show only
active tasks, and to hide completed tasks. I need to save the complted tasks
for reference, but I do not want to look at the clutter.

How do I hide completed tasks?

First step would be to make sure you have each task marked as completed or
not. If you right click on an individual task, you can click "mark
complete." Then, click View, Arrange By, click Custom, click the Filter
button, and in the Tasks tab change the status to "in progress." This does
not delete any of your tasks, just changes your view of them. Hope this helps.
