T Tom Hutchins Mar 12, 2008 #3 I don't know if you can hide zeros just for the pivot table, but if you select Tools >> Options >> View and uncheck Zero values, they will be hidden everywhere on that sheet (including the pivot table). Hope this helps, Hutch
