Is there a way in a word document that I can password protect a document and
if you know the password you can enter it and see all sections - if you don't
know the password you can only see the unhidden sections?

Erika,

I do not believe any such functionality exists natively in Word. However, a
macro could certainly be written that would do the job. Perhaps someone in
the Word Programming NG could assist you if you are not comfortable with
writing macros yourself.

The problem with a macro solution is that users could simply prevent the
macro from running, thus defeating the object.
