HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/WINDOWS/CURRENTVERSIO N/RUN On the WinVNC key, remove 'helper' from the very end of 'servicehelper'. So the data value should look something like "C:\Program Files\RealVNC\WinVNC\WinVNC.exe"-service instead of "C:\Program Files\RealVNC\WinVNC\WinVNC.exe"- servicehelper
