Is there any way to hide screen tips completely? I have several hyperlinked
buttons throughout my slide show and I don't want ANY screen tips. The only
way I've found is to choose the edit screen tip button and type a space. Then
a small empty box shows up instead of the link destination. However, I'd like
to get rid of that little box too!

Hey Lover,

There is a way, but it requires the use of VBA and therefore has the
limitations associated with the use of VBA. Will you distributing this
presentation?

Ah Ha! I knew there had to be a way! Yes, I will be distributing this
presentation via burned CDs and also via ftp zip file download. So...how
complicated will this be? Can you help me?

Distribution negates the possible use of VBA. So no, you can not distribute
a presentation with hidden link tips. As you discovered, you can minimized
these to a single space or period, but not completely devoid yourself of
them.
