Hide Print on forms

I want to hide the print function on forms because some users keep hitting it
and printing all the records. What is the best way to hide this?

Hit the users when they hit the print option
Your question is not clear enough to attract proper answers. What
exactly do you mean by saying "print function" ?
Is it a button on your form or on the top menu ?

I would hit them but labour relations frowns upon it.

There is no print button on the form (I realized that is not a good idea).
On the top under file it says print and then on the menu is the little print
icon. They are selecting this.
But I just figured out how to create a custom menu and it seems to work.
