Hide and Unhide Membership

Hi.

There is a way to hide membership on a distribuionslist in Exchange.
I would like a few persons to be able to administer the membership in this
DL. How do I make a list to operate as normal when viewing it from Outlooks
adressbook for a few persons but to make the list to looks empty when others
see it
from outlook.
