hidden temp files

if i delete all temp int. files, temp, history, cookies, where are the other files to delete so as no one can ever see what i was looking at? a friend said he deleted all his stuff and when he wnt to get it upgraded the person still saw what he was looking at?

Index.dat keeps a log of every website the computer has
ever been to.

Try deleting everything that you mentioned and then open
this viewer up and you will see what I mean.
You can only delete these file's in safe mode.
I run panicware's popup stopper pro and it will delete
these files at startup.I'm sure that there are other
programs also.

and find out how to do it yourself in safe mode.
