hidden files?

When I run search from start I get files for opera 7. Sometime back I
downloaded it, but i also uninstalled it thru add/remove. How can Igo to
hidden files and delete that file and anyother that I am not using, or should
I? Looked in programs and could not find it .
 
Surprise! Every last thing doesn't always get uninstalled when you uninstall
a program. If the program uninstalled successfully, the leftovers won't
affect your computer at all. Delete the leftover files if you like.
