The Wizard of Odd

How do you keep the "Local Settings" folder un-hidden? No matter how many
times i right-click and uncheck "hidden," it is hidden again the next time i
start my computer. Quite annoying. Any advice?

I'm using Windows XP (home).

Are you logged on as the Administrator?
