What do these "Hidden" and "Archive" options do when you
enable them by right-clicking/select "Properties" of a
file in Windows Explorer?

I still see "Hidden" files after refreshing, and I don't
know anything about "Archive".

If you enabled Tools / Folder Options / View / Show hiodden files and Folders,
you will see hidden files.

Archive means that the file has been modified since the last Full or Incremental
backup.

If your Windows Explorer settings allow seeing Hidden files then you'll
still them. If not, or you use the command line "DIR" command, they
won't show up.

"Archive" means that the file has been modified. The idea is that this
flag bit is cleared by a backup utility after backup, and is set
whenever the file is modified. Hence the meaning is "this files should
be backed up (archived)".
