Hibernattion & Standby

Hibernation and/or Standby will self start windows after hibernating for
about 3 seconds, any help would be greatly appreciated. Step by step help
would help.

SpyDoctor was conflicting with Hibernattion & Standby, it now works.

I recently upgraded to SD5 and since then haven't been able to go into
standby or hibernation---what did you do to resolve the problem? Even when I
disable SD the computer doesn't standby---
