Hello,

I bought a new laptop and XP is intalled I don't have
Hibernate, even in control Panel ---> Power Option I do
not have any tabs with Hibernate, How can I add this
option?

Do I have to re-install the XP? and If I re-install it
did this affect my installed programs

Thank you for your help

If the tab is not present, it probably means the hardware cannot support
that feature. You can confirm that by calling your laptop manufacturer
and confirming.

Cheers

Most laptop computers are proprietary. More than likely your laptop
maker has its own power option settings that can be run from an
application or utility. Check your documentation that came with the
laptop or call the makers tech support line.
