Hibernate

Hi there, I have a question. I have a microsoft xp media center version 2002 and I had my computer hibernate at a certain time or when I press the sleep button on my keyboard but it doesn't work anymore. I have no idea why it stopped hibernating. It was fine before but then when I press the sleep button it goes into hibernate mode then comes right back up. It is enabled and I even restored my system and it still doesn't work. My 3d screensaver is off. Please help me.
