Hibernate hangs

hello, i've configured it standby:never, Hibernate :after
1 hour. Standby :after 1hour, Hibernate :after 3 hrs
monitor turn off after :20 mins.I have manually
hibernated,but after each successful hibernation, the
next time it hangs, whether i manually try ( hangs on
screen saying "preparing to hibernate" )or whether i
leave it, (still running next morning).

windows xp home

any suggestions?

Well, I know it's too late for a reply, but here it is anyway. Apparently, this is caused by Nero software. Check out the following link:
