hewitt packard desk jet 952C

My printer had been working perfectly then paper
jammed. Was able to remove paper but now printer does
nothing. Cannot find a utility to help with this,
cannot run clean cartridge. Hope someone can help me
solve this problem Thank you

Try unplugging the printer, switching off, reboot the
machine, then powering all back on once reconnected. Also
double check no paper is remaining inside the printer.
This should work ok

It may also be an actual hardware problem. Paper jams can do quite a
bit of damage. Check inside the printer and make sure no paper was left
behind and that nothing that would appear to be a sensor or switch is
stuck or broken
