For some reason they will not download ??

Here are some PC Mag programs.

Quite a few of these programs won't run on anything later than Win98 or NT
4.

Rapidshare provides non-expiring links. They sometimes suffer from an "IP
detector" problem.
Many ISP's shoehorn a transparent proxy between you and the net. If someone
else is using that...
Try again later.
