Is there any way to recover my excel spread sheet password. It's been a
while since I accessed the sheet and now I can't remember the password..

LOL. While there are applications that might crack a lost
password, the process takes a tremendous amount of time,
depending on how long and complex was the password, e.g.,
with alphanumeric with upper/lower case letters.

Maybe you should have avoided that "LOL"?
