HelpCtr.exe - Entry point not found

I am getting the following message when I click on a subject in the help and support centre

The procedure entry point DoOpenPipeStream could not be located in the dynamic link library ScrRun.dll

Can you tell me how to fix this please. Do I need to reinstall anything or is there a patch for this? Is it a known error?
