Help !!!

Hi ! Look i git a problem with a file in my Windows... it's called "CrackNocd4flt" and i wan't to remove it but it just won't work, it says that i can't remove it because another user or a program may be using it, plase shut down all thinkable programes that uses it.i wan't to say that it said it on swedish so i trnsalted it directly.. Well does someone have any ideas ? The program seems to be in the root...

Remove your game cheat patch by first turning it off in the Task Manager
then remove it. Jym

Open the task manager.
Open a command prompt (Start > Run > cmd)
navigate to where the file is by changing directories (cd, cd ..)
Kill explorer.exe in the task manager.
In the command prompt, type
del name_of_file.extension

Open a new task in task manager > explorer.exe
