I WNAT TO KNOW WHY WHEN I START TO READ MY E-MAILS THE
SYSTEM RESTART AND APPEARS A MESSAGE THIS IS THE MESSAGE
WINDOWS MUST NOW RESTART BECAUSE THE REMOTE PROCEDURE
CALL TERMINATED UNEXPECTEDLY, I WAS WORKING WELL BUT I
CHANGED MY PHONE NUMBER AND NOW I HAVE PROBLEMS CAN YOU
TELL ME WHY PLZ. OR YOU CAN CHECK MY PHONE NUMBER IS
(520) - 393-3739 HELP HELP PLZ.

First of all, please unstick your CapsLock key. Posting in all
caps, as you have done, is the Usenet equivalent of shouting, and is
considered very rude by many people. More importantly, posting in all
caps makes the post very hard to read, further reducing your chances
of getting help.

Secondly, by posting your telephone number here, you've opened
yourself up for all sorts crank calls and telemarketing nuisances.
One should _never_ post private/personal information in such a public
forum.

As for your problem, which has nothing to do with changing a phone
number:

If you connected the PC to the Internet without having first
installed the KB824146 Hotfix, without having first installed an
antivirus application with current virus definition files, and before
enabling a firewall, you're very likely to get infected from any of
the thousands of PCs on the Internet that are constantly broadcasting
the Blaster and/or Welchia worms. It only takes a few seconds of
exposure.

To stay on-line long enough to get the necessary updates, patches,
and removal tools, click Start > Run, and enter "shutdown -a" when the
next RPC countdown begins. This will abort the shut down. Also, make
sure you've enabled a firewall before starting, to preclude any more
intrusions while getting the updates/patches/tools.
