help!!!!

my outlook keeps sending emials to these unknown
addresses. it keeps sending and sending and sending and
it says that they are undelieverable and that i'm sending
spam. please help dont know what to do!!!

Sounds like a virus... do you have antivirus software like
Norton or McAfee installed|?

Not enough information. Are these emails showing up in
your sent items, or are you getting the NDR (non-delivery
receipts). If they are not in your sent items, you are
NOT sending them. If they are in your sent items, then
you need to update your anti-virus.

If they are not in your sent items, then your Outlook did
not send them, although your computer may have. There are
many viruses that spoof the sender's email address, making
the emails appear to be from you when they really were not
from you. Someone else is infected.

great thanks no they are not in my sent folder and i
closed outlook restarted and then it happened again
without outlook being open. its coming from norton
antivirus. any ideas?

It's being caused by other people who are infected and have your email
address somewhere on their machine. The only thing you can do to stop
them is to set up a rule. Don't worry though, they are nothing to do
with your Outlook, and you are not infected.

How do you know _your_ machine is doing this? If your evidence is that you
keep getting bounces, it may be that your address was hijacked by a worm on
someone else's computer. That person has your address in his or her address
book and the worm is using those addresses as the sender address, resulting
in the junk appearing to come from you. When it fails, you get the bounce.

If that's not what's happening, you should state how you know your machine
is sending the messages.
