i have a prob. I want my outlok express to automatically
open when i am sending an email through a programme
called photoimpression4. it used to open automatically,
now a box appears and says "your email programme is not
configured" under the help menu it says that my email
programme should open automatically and if it doesn't
then seek support about mapi. it was all working fine
until i loaded microsoft excel onto the computer. how can
i get it back to automatically opening outlook express
when i want to send a photo email through
photoimpression4? do you know someone who can help. i am
such a beginner it is not funny!! ;)

In the future you might want to add mor to your topic
than just help. Give a bit more of a discription in your
topic.

I would go to the photoimpression4 web site for help, they
are the experts on their program . . .

Good Luck !

Two things that might help although I am not familiar with
"photoimpression4":
A. Be sure Outlook Express is your default E-Mail Program. To check this:
open Outlook Express/click "Tools"/click "Options/under the "General" Tab,
look down at the bottom to see if it is.
B. Open "Internet Explorer"/click "Tools"/click "Internet Options"/click the
"Programs" Tab/be sure "Outlook Express" is listed as the E-Mail Program. If
not, make it as such.
Also check the settings in your photo program.
