Help!

I do not know my Incoming nor my outgoing address to make an account and
cannot find it anywhere. I already have a windows live account. Where do i
find the addresses for that?
 
Windows Mail cannot accommodate free Live/Hotmail accounts.
Is your @live.com email address your only email address? If so,
you will need to upgrade to Windows Live Mail. Go here:

http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

Windows Live Mail will automatically fill in the server info for any
@live.com or @hotmail.com email address.
