ok i have around 2000 attachments i need to send to the same recipient but the problem is i need to send them in individual messages. is there any way i can set up a batch send or a repetitive send or something to save me the trouble of having to manually make and send 2000 emails. there is no subject or body needed just the individual attachment. any help would be greatly appreciated by me and my co-workers

With that number you are probably better off not using email. Put the files
on a shared network drive.....

cant i have to send them to an email account to be processed

Well you could do - but wouldn't it be FAR easier to put them on a shared
drive? Why do you NEED to send them by email, particularly if it's within
your office...

because we have to send them to a unit which processes and distributes the messages and they only way to do it is through out look. normal it does this on its own but yesterday we had a backup and now we have to send the whole days work through manually
