How do import my address book from outlook? I have cox cable, what is the
pop & smtp server. The ones I was given don't work.
I used pop.west.cox.net
I used smtp.west.cox.net

You have two choices: 1. Install Outlook under Vista. Windows Mail needs
part of it to be able to understand files from Outlook. A free trial
version, if you
can find one, will run more than long enough to help in the import. 2.
Import it
first from Outlook into Outlook Express on your old computer. Then import
at least the .wab file from Outlook Express into Windows Mail.

After you copy the .wab file to a directory on your new computer, but before
you
import it, make sure it is read-write instead of readonly.

find the server names.
