help!!

hi ppl i have a problem, everytime windows starts up this
window, looks like a dos prompt window, pops up and then
closes, the windows subject is "C:\Windows\System32
\cmd.exe" wut is it?? and how do i get rid of it?? e-mail
me plz, thx in advance!!!
