I am needing to figure out how you take a large document of email addresses
separated by a comma and import them into a excel spread sheet. So that I
can import them into a email neewsletter?

Try this:
1) Save a copy of file to your desktop.
2) Open a Excel file, Select Data, Select Import Data.
3) Follow the screen prompts.
It will ask you what is separating the data, chose comma.
