Is it possible to solve some quadratic equation in Excel, that excel
generate the solution with some step..

The answer is YES, depending of course on the complexity of the problem.

I assume you need to solve a system of quadratic equations and find the
optimal solution? Simply Google "Liniar Programming with Excel". There you
will find lots of help. The Solver add-in will be required.
