Said product is not related to "Windows XP" nor the "setup" or "deployment"
of Windows XP beyond the fact it is likely installed on top of Windows XP.

Also - while there and in any future postings you have about this or any
other trouble you have about any other things - you may wish to include more
detail. For example - all we know truly - could have been expressed in one
sentence.. 'Mcafee having trouble with "ActiveShield"...'
That would probably be worthless even to McAfee. You need to give more
details.
- McAfee what?
- What version of McAfee what?
- What operating system (version as well) are you running?
- What service pack level is your operating system at?
- Did you have a previous version of McAfee what running on your system?
- Is McAfee what replacing another product and have you removed that product
completely?
Doing a search through their knowledgebase does come up with hits in the
knowledgebase and on their forums for "ActiveShield", but thanks to lack of
details on the actual problem - I cannot tell you more than to go there and
search yourself - as you are the only one who knows more details. ;-)
