HELP

My ethernet light is flashing on my modem & I dont know what it is, & I can`t
upload any file images or save images onto disc !!! PLEASE HELP
 
Hi Julie. Can you tell me wjat type of modem you are using. Take it you are
on broadband/dsl etc. The ethernet light on your modem is indicating a link
to your PC via the ethernet connection. This is perfectly normal, but the
light is generaly constantly lit. Do you have an activity light. could be
marked US and DS if so are these flashing?
 
Hiya joe thanx for your help I am using a bt voyager 210ADSL router,the DSL
light is constantly on.

When you called your ISP's Tech Support Problem, what did they tell you?
