Hello! First off, to better get help from the group, a subject line with a
short description of your problem will get you more and better responses
than "help" will. We all need help here.
Next - although there are many possibilities to this and much more info we'd
need to help you, first off I'd look at video drivers. Make sure you have
the right ones for your OS and card. If you are using Windows XP, this is
more important than if you are in Millennium or something else. Second,
uninstall and reinstall the game. That's a given. The install might not
have gone correctly. Third, if we knew which game and which OS, we might
know if there are any known conflicts - barring that, you can go to the
game's website and check the FAQs for any known issues or patches for issues
with your OS.
