HELP!!!

I'm trying to install a wireless pci adapter but having problems.

i've included a picture of what the device driver says.

When i try to open the wireless config it tries to open then just closes
again.

Pleas help

Your picture is not attached. Try describing it with words. Don't forget to
include the make/model of the hardware.
