I had just turned my computer on a couple of minute's ago and a window came
up saying:

Windows - Registry Recovery

One of the files containing the system's Registry data had to be recovered
by use of a log or alternate copy. The recovery was successful.

There also a problem with Windows Media Player and Windows Security Center.

Windows Media Player - A window came up saying: Windows Media Player has
encountered a problem and needs to close.

Windows Security Center - Next to Virus Protection it says: Not found. I
have one installed.

What should I do?

What should I do?

1. do a system restore, if no joy
2. run anti virus from safe mode to make sure the machine is 100%
clean
3. If nothing turns up next test your memory http://www.memtest86.com/
4 test HDD with the manufacturer's software
