help!

When I try to go into "my computer" from Start I get the
message problem in windows explorer. I report, and then
instal the updates without any change. I can't get into
any of my drives. Can anyone help? Thanks, Dan

go to this site line 291 I think it was for the fix for
that,Or ctrl and F keys type in
my computer and find,keep looking for a fix for
it.
